ok, here's a peeve that just drives me nuts! and i've been seeing it a lot lately. when i see someone in a movie or telly series where someone is having a seizure and ppl put things in their mouth IE: wallet, etc. to prevent them from "swallowing their toungue". that doesn't happen. and\or they hold them down. that is not how you treat someone who is having a seizure. who the L is the tech advisor on those shows.

you roll the person on their left side, put a coat or something soft under their head. keep their air passage open. some ppl can hear what's going on whilst in seizure. so talking to them and reassuring them is a good thing to do. so that's my gripe for the day.

I know one thing I don't like-all the taxes and surcharges on my monthly phone bill! It comes out to twelve dollars, and change. Ridiculous!..thus driving my bill up to 77.00....Washington or the state at work....hurrah.

Why cant people spell 2 words??

Rogue- this is how it is spelled, is it seriously that hard to spell rogue?? Its not rouge for crying out loud.

Goggles-Seriously googles?? come on it even shows in the spell checker it is wrong.

People that drive slow in the passing lane...then refuse to pull over when you get behind them.

Also the cops who sit on their fat asses shooting radar and won't write tickets for cruising in the left lane.

Actors whose role calls for them to cry or sob. but show no tears whatsoever.

TV actors who are killed and appear to be dead while their eyes are wide open. I don't know, but I don't think everyone dies with their eyes open. I think it may be done for effect.

i agree with the tears part, that bugs me too.

about the open eyes, yes when ppl or critters die their eyes are open.

I posed this question on Google and the answers from various responders were that some people die with their eyes open and some don't. I watched my parents and an aunt die in front of me and their eyes were closed.

Another responder also claimed that everyone at death also defecates and urinates. Really? Maybe in a violent death that seems plausible, but otherwise, I'm not sure about that.
