Beyond earth's atmospheric Space

I'm really at a loss for words and the desire to write any of this.
NASA is shutting down future missions this side of 2020, until the USA gov't admin changes its mind and starts putting an effort into getting new resources for earthlings. Of course, the cost of those resources won't even figure into the average tax-payers weekly *survival* budget.

Seems everything boils down to money, greed, and power-control.
So, the USA will be taking a third world approach at living for the next decade, so that rest of the world can either catch up or exceed where the brainy folks in the USA left off. Maybe the next space adventurers won't deliberately screw up their missions just because of superstitions to see what might happen if -- Apollo 13 anyone??? deliberately conspiratorial or sheer accident of coincidence?
The 1980's Challenger incident was traced to a 5 cent washer, but who put the cheasy thing in there in the first place? bad metal making..? Apollo 13 was deemed an experiment to compensate the moods of the disaster in the making. Apollo 11 went off without a problem and 2 missions later, the whole thing goes screwy lewy?

On the other hand, maybe the brains at NASA finally figured out that you can't dig a robot out of a sandpit parked on a hill without sprouting wings to fly it out! ..or send a person to go in and pick it up.. physically move it out.

(reference to Mars' Spirit rover).. ummm, anyone on a beach could have figured that out after the first 15 minutes. Yet it took NASA how much hard-earned Tax-payer money and at least 3 months to finally figure that out?? hello -- rescue mission -- the angle of the impaired *stuck* vehicle is bad to begin with, plus you're digging further and deeper into the ground with the wheels.. you're making it worse! Sand is Sand.. it's slick and gets stuck in unwanted places without being shook off.. grow some helicopter blades and motors and maybe there'd be a chance to get it above the crater.
Only folks who like to get stuck in craters, and play in sandpits (hmmm, is that golf, beaches, or desert--??), put things in craters without realizing the crater and forces of gravity, usually always wins.
The best natural way out is *up, up and away* -- not laterally with the existing ground / pavement.

alas, Spirit lasted a lot longer than the few months it was originally expected to survive for.. so, maybe earthlings got some of their money's worth out of it, before Spirit turned into a ghost .. until someone does show up on Mars and plucks it out of the sandpit, and dusts/cleans it like new again..
LESSON TO LEARN --???-- don't send objects / things into craters without understanding that might be it's last and final resting stop !! -- at least until someone / something else rescues it out..!


AND --- for planets with sparce water conditions -- *parched* gasp!!
And maybe our gov't / space agency folks have finally figured out that there really is NOT ENOUGH water on earth's moon to make it worth the effort of building a permanent (USA staffed) space station up there. The future moon natives might complain about the lack of water -- and maybe that all got inspired from watching Doctor Who's "WATER OF MARS" ep, where the delivery folks packed the wrong sized filters, which caused the entire fiasco on Mars in the first place. No one ever found out why everyone on the first space station to Mars died. The problem was in the wrong sized Water filters..! Loved the reactions of the actors doing that scene -- Surprise, surprise! *grumble* ..a bit cynical, perhaps.. but very, very realistic..! fixing the problem was not even an option -- there was NO FIXable fix to compensate with..!



On other spacing issues, there's been folks discussing about other sentient being lifeforms *wanting* to visit earth or not.. and the value in earthlings visiting *other* planets for search of intelligent conversations and business or take-control over doings. If war and greed and political agendas are the motives of earth-based humans, no, they don't belong in speeding past their own solar system. It's full of dead planets anyway.. *WE* humans are living in the "goldilocks" zone. Even moving to Saturn's moon would require setting up a completely sealed and secured, self-containing environment. From what our science books keep telling us, the temps aren't too kind beyond earth's atmosphere, and that includes living on Mars as well.


Oh, and then there's that problem of not having enough water to supply a large communities of families and animals and plants, without recycling one's own body wastes.. good luck on that without ending up with dysentery and other illnesses. Plus, if Tv/movies have ever taught its audiences anything -- there's those nasty, unwanted hitch-hiker germs and bacteria that just manage to find their way into the tiniest of corners, laying dormant until something unleashes them into taking over and killing off everything healthy around them.


When the populations of this world finally figure out how to remove the deadly plagues from the entire universe, live harmonically peacefully and free of criminal behaviors, including greed and wielding one's political agenda(s) over others, then maybe earth humans would be ready to discover the rest of the universe in person. But at the current rate (and rate of actual traveling speeds to other distant locations), its probably best that they're (we're) all stuck on this little blue/green planet known as earth.

interesting *comet* found sailing around our solar system.
There is an article in WND describing the object as a possible spaceship, because it does NOT look like an ordinary comet. Folks at space-dot-com are sticking to the asteroid collision/comet trail theory.

I'm having a bit of difficulty wrapping my brain around the whole asteroid *comet* issue, because the lines cannot rickochet off of each other in the way the picture shows. Things don't bounce in that pattern, unless there was something else to bounce off of, which is possible that another object bounced from the two major ones. It still doesn't make sense, tho.

yep. Clearly can see the *buffalo horns* and the "blue star" like effect..
not sure if it's connected to the actual prophecies and doubt if both are part of the same item being described, but the coincidences sure are intriguing..!!

It sure looks like something humanoid flying type of in shape (maybe a Klingon-bird-of-prey type ship) sailing with arms outstretched and maybe the white dot is a beacon post of some sort.
question is-- what is it really..?? hard to tell at being 90 million miles away or whatever that figure is, with a bunch of blur in the image, too.. and how big is it, too?

NASA claims the white dot is the nucleus of the whole thing, and appears to be approximately--

Hubble shows the main nucleus of P/2010 A2 lies outside its own halo of dust. This has never been seen before in a comet-like object. The nucleus is estimated to be 460 feet in diameter.

and since Hubble went operational and opened our eyes as to what the dots of stars are actually up there -- entire galaxies, this object might have more than meets the blurry vision that we currently have of it.

EDIT--addendum.. about the Hopi info on wiki (which I've read is sort of questionable at the moment), I'm not an expert in such info, so if someone else has more accurate info, please feel free to share. thx. It is still quite amazing on the coincidences, tho.

two more notes about that space object / asteroid collision
1) the trajectory or signature trail of both objects shown seem too perfect in arc and V shape to have just hit each other at such an angle that they come out in a nearly perfectly shaped flying-like object within the image, itself.

What are the odds of Hubble capturing such an image at such a precise moment that the collision appears as it does? I would imagine, that would have to be an extremely high and tremendous number.

There was a U.K. news article (Telegraph and another one) about X=ExtraTerrestrial.. E.T. type of thing, possibly being sentient made in origin-- well, one of the comments discussing the image noted that *IF* (a BIG *IF*) the object is a spaceship, then it must have some sort of STEALTH capability to have not shown up previously in any of the space images taken so far (from mere earthling scientists). Plus, that could explain the darkened image that is hidden underneath the rocks and dust, but shown with a distinct V and central front arc (as wings for super fast flying / sailing speeds or whatever).


2) Long, long ago I heard a story of an astronaut who, while circling the earth in an earth orbit, claims to have spotted what "looked like a giant angel flying in space" near the earth. The astronaut claimed it was approximately the size of a 747 airplane, or maybe bigger.


When looking at the photo that Hubble snapped, and using a vivid imagination, it is very possible to get some sort of Angel shape out of the object... if the bright trail defined by the V shape is part of a spacecraft of sorts, it could be a spread-out hull of some sort. If Star Trek creators can make a Klingon-bird-of-prey craft and Stargate can make what appear to be ancient Egyptian flying bird spacecrafts, it shouldn't take much to make an Angel shape in design either.

The scale of this particular thing, tho, is huge, tho!
The only problem with the "spaceship" theory is that it's been noted that the dimensional size of the width of the image (not the length, but the width) is approximately 1,000 miles across. Imagine that being (slightly less than) one-half of the width of the entire USA -- that is how wide it would be. If something is THAT big, where did it come from or lift or or get constructed (would have to be a giant launch pad or done in outer space), and also then suddenly appear out of seemingly nowhere, before the January 6, 2010 snapshot of it, by Hubble..? Maybe it was hiding in the asteroid belt.. or came from another galaxy or universe via a space wormhole..

Thus, is why NASA came up with the debris theory about it being a bunch of rocks and dust spread about. I'm sort of seeing how such an image could be made by asteroids hitting each other, but I'm still have trouble wrapping my brain around the perfect shapes of the central arc and V in the image itself. The V might not be so perfectly formed in such a manner, nor have the pitch of the angle shown -- it might be more skewed in its alignments if it was just a random impact.
