The best is yet to come...
Dear Mrs Roddenberry,
You left us in sadness, and my first thoughts go to your family. Star Trek has been enlightning my imagination for over 25 years, and it doesn't stop. I loved your voice, I loved your eyes, I loved the way you served the characters you played. But as Star Trek is based upon a brighter vision of the future, I am quite sure that for you now "the best is yet to come", as Vic Fontaine likes to sing... Please say hello from us to Gene, James Doohan and DeForest Kelley up there in heavens. Goodbye Mrs Roddenberry, aka Number One, aka Christine, aka Lwaxanna... May you travel in peace towards the kingdom of dreams. A fan from France.
